This recipe is awesome!! I made it for my son's easter party at school and it was a hit. I did not use licorice for the handles, instead I used twizzlers and they were just as great and did not go limp. I will use this recipe over and over!!

This recipe sounds awesome. I haven't tried to make this yet but before I do I want to be sure it's okay to use Splenda sugar substitute in place of the sugar. I am referring to the 100% substitute, not the new 50/50 product. Can anyone tell me? Thanks.

I've been making the mini cheesecakes for years. But the easter basket idea was a wonderful addition for the season

These are so cute and really delicious and easier to make than I would've thought. The kids enjoyed decorating their own and eating the decorations, but as it turns out, only Mommy likes the cheesecake part! Too bad! : )

My sons school hosted a bake sale and asked parents to donate 2 dozen baked goods. It was so easy to make that my son was able to help. This recipe was such a hit by the kids and staff, they went quick and everyone loved them.

I made the cupcakes today and I am going to make more for my grandson's 3rd birthday at the park. I am sure all the children will enjoy both the taste and the looks of it. I might have to make at least 40-50 cupcakes. Thank you for the beautiful idea. Ann
