Not surprisingly, these mini Easter cheesecakes are yummy. They're also adorable and festive, topped with coconut flakes and jelly beans.

The recipe was quick and easy. Everyone loved it. The issue was that the licorice didn't stand up!

Tasted really good but my baskets weren't as flat on top as the picture, and next time I'll need to use actual shoestring licorice instead of twizzlers which didn't want to stay up.

I made this recipe and it was wonderful. Went over big with the family and quests. It was easy to make, looked very good and more importantly tasted awsome. Would recommend it. The only problem was the handles with the licorce, I could not get them to stay up. Teri, Palmetto Florida

Excellent! Used twizzlers following another user's idea. Everyone loved it. Thanks!

Big hit last Easter and I am making them again this year. So easy! I used one package regular, and one package reduced fat cream cheese. I also used reduced fat nilla wafers. Instead of shoestring licorice, I used pull and peel twizzlers. I used a piping bag to put into muffin cups evenly.

I made this for my daughter's kindergarten class for a party and everyone loved them. It was so easy to make. I took chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and strawberry pie filling to let the kids (and teacher) to top their cheesecake the way they wanted. It was a big hit!

It was fun to make these. I did them for Easter as the baskets they show, we've also done them with the fruit topping, and recently we did baskets for a baby shower. It's something the kids can help with!

Next time, I would less shredded coconut. Also, the licorice doesn't stay up well, so I probably wouldn't use it again.
