I made 2 batches (one for home & one for a Church Bake Sale). The bake sale was on Palm Sunday and the children really loved them. Yes, I will make them again.

I accidently made it with 1 block of 1/3 less fat and one fat free block of cream cheese and it still tasted great. I believe the lack of fat caused the cakes to have an indent but that just made more room for the easter grass and eggs. My husband had fun decorating them but that's probably because I let him decorate them the way he wanted :)

Made them for Easter both the children and adults loved the cheesecake. I left out the coconut topping, only topped with jelly beans. Had a little problem with the licorce.

I made this dessert for children ranging in ages from 2yrs old to 5yrs old and none liked it. They ate the jelly beans and licorice but left the actual cheesecake lying around. Adults seemed to enjoy it more than the children. They were very pretty to look at, but I would not make this again.

The only problem is the licorice.I couldn't get them to stand up. But the cheesecakes were a big hit!!

I had this with Easter dessert. The licorice kept falling over but everyone kept saying that they still got the idea that they were handles and thought they were cute. My Grandmother wanted to save hers she thought it was so cute.

I adapted this recipe to fit mini muffin pans..a recipe I had from years ago. Very tasty , although the Nilla wafers did not fit exactly in the mini liners. Quite impressive on a plate with a dollop of pie filling on top- I used cherry. Next time I will use the bigger size muffin pan.

taste good; not much experience with cheesecakes, so of course I had cracking/falling...Went over well with the kids. I tried the refrigerator thing with the twizzlers and still they wouldn't stand up very well.

I showed my friend what I was making. I have made this recipe 6 times for different people as they didn't have time and were busy with kids and preparing for dinner for Easter. Everyone wanted them as favors and placed them at there seat. It looked very pretty seeing 24 baskets around the table. I put different kinds of candy in the basket along with jelly beans. Also made rabbit face out of candy on cupcakes. They were for the young children.
