I made this for potluck at work. I set it out, and it was literally gone within 15 minutes. Such a unique combination. I might use a bigger graham cracker crust, as I trouble getting the lid to crimp shut. Lid or no lid, I got rave reviews, requests for the recipe, and I had to promise to make it again for them!

My in-laws love Sweet Potato pie and so I thought I would try this for Thanksgiving...it was so good my mother-in-law asked for the recipe. This will definitely become a normal dish!

I also added 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1 half tsp. of nutmeg and 1 quarter tsp. cloves and 1 tsp. vanilla. You can use Fat Free Cream cheese or use One Light Cream Cheese and One Regular. Or One Fat Freeand One Regular. Also chopped walnuts on top instead of pecans. With the Maple Syrup.

Thanksgiving was the first time that I tried this recipe. I made two and everyone went nuts over them. Now I am being asked to make them for church, friends, and family. Now I am required to add them to the menu for all the occassions that my family celebrates.
