This was very dry and lacked much flavor. I did use reduced fat cream cheese, which might account for some of the dryness, but I definitely won't be making this again.

i made this recipe last weekend, i found it odd it only asked for half of an 8 oz package of cream cheese, but it was still good i put a little bit more cookie in there cuz i love pb, next time i will put a whole bar of cream cheese in there and see how it goes, i used the light cream cheese for this recipe. i would make it again with diferent flavors or do different things with this flavor. thanks for the recipe!

I made this for my friend and her two year old son when he broke his arm to help cheer the little guy up. I had some extra and shared with a couple other friends. They all loved it and requested the recipe. These are so delicious and pretty easy to make.

Since I am in to making all kinds of flavored cheesecakes I thought this one was a little to dry for me. Myself I would omit using all what is called for on the nutterbutter cookies for the inside of the cheesescake. My friends thought it was wonderful. I will make it again for sure using less cookies.
