What You Need

HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, divided

1/3

cup butter or margarine, melted

Tbsp. sugar

pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

cup sugar

Tbsp. vanilla

Tbsp. flour

eggs

cup BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks, divided

cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

LINE 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Crush 14 grahams. Mix with butter and 3 Tbsp. sugar; press onto bottom of prepared pan. Coarsely chop remaining 4 grahams.

BEAT cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add flour; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Chop 1/2 cup chocolate chunks; stir into cream cheese mixture. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate chunks, marshmallows and chopped grahams.

BAKE 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours. Use foil handles to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting into bars.

This is THE dessert I make! I get tons of complements and everyone asks for the recipe. One time someone called over a loud speaker "Who made the smores cheesecake?"at a school picnic!

I made this recipe for a superbowl party. In a week I have made this now 3 times for parties and get to gethers. It is very easy to make and a great crowd pleasurer.

I made this for our SuperBowl party and it was gone by half-time. It was my first time making anything not out of a box, and it was super easy. It was a little dense for me, but I think that was because I didn't beat the cream cheese enough. It tasted great though.

Everyone just LOVED this!! I made it with cinnamon graham crackers last time and it was extra yummy. Substituting coffee chocolate is simply yummy as well!
