Delicious! The flan was great... The problem was that I overcooked the sugar (caramel) but that was my mistake:P I will definitelly do this again:)

Tastes GREAT but be VERY careful with the sugar melting; the sugar becomes extremely hot (it melted my spoon) and will burn very easily!

This recipe was great. I am not a flan lover but made this recipe and fell in love. It is quick and easy to make. I will totally make it again and again.

Yummy! But do not use a plastic spoon when carmelizing the sugar... it will melt! I learned the hard way.

i have made this about 4-5 times now for various occasions, and it has always been a huge success. i have re-named it "perfect flan" in my recipe file!

This was very easy to make. I used a tip I had read to use a can of La Lechera in place of the cup of sugar and it came out rich and delicious. Not too sweet like you might think. If you like cheesecake you'll love this. Can't wait to make this again!! YUM

i made this flan and it came out great looking but I didnt to much care for the taste its to bad it looks so good.

Easy to make and tasted great. I used low fat cream cheese to cut some of the calories. I would make this again for sure. The hardest part was waiting for it to cool!
