This flan was fairly easy to make, and turned out really good. It was not as sweet as I thought it was going to be but it was my first time trying flan. I would definitely make it again because my husband and daughter loved it!

WOW! This cheesecake flan was superb. It was easy to make, is a beautiful "presentation" dessert, the consistency smooth, the taste perfect - not too sweet, not too cheesy. Try it - you won't be sorry.
