Especially considering the speed at which you can throw this dish together - it was excellent and impressive. I added more milk to make more sauce. It is one of those recipes I can whip up quickly and impress my audience. I recommend and will definately make again, for myself and others.

I used half and half instead of milk which made it a little rich. I used light cream cheese, added an ounce of vodka to the sauce and the zest of half a lemon which cut the richness a little. Sprinkled freshly grated parmesan over top. Really good - just stick with the milk!

The prep was quick and easy. It was incredibly tasty and the children even liked it! I served it with some crusty french bread and a salad. I will definately make this one again!

I doubled the recipe for a group of 6. It was a good and quick meal. I used 8oz of light ceam cheese and 8oz of light cream since someone mentioned the sauce thickening quickly. This worked well. I wasn't sure about the cucumber in the sauce, but it was really good too.
