Yummy!! We made this for a Thanksgiving dinner and don't think there was a crumb or smear leftover. Very tasty!
I never liked sweet potatoes, but these were the exception. This was possibly one of the best dishes I have ever made, and everyone went for seconds. It was so sweet, I could've even eaten it for dessert!
Made it for thanksgiving as a dish to pass, it was the hit of the day. Very smooth with the cream cheese and the oat topping was delicious. We doubled the sweet potato part and only slightly increased the toppings. Awesome.
This was delicious and garnered rave reviews. I had my doubts about the fresh cranberries, but don't despair...they made for a great taste! The cream cheese whipped up with the sweet potatoes was very clever and gave the body of the casserole a nice mouth feel. I didn't mix my pecans in with the topping but actually just sprinkled them on the top before I put the casserole in the oven, and that made for a nice crunch in the final product. My casserole took longer than 45 mintues to heat through, but was great when it was hot!
This was the hit of Thanksgiving Dinner! The crunchy topping was a nice addition instead of gooey marshmellows. Definitely a new family tradition!!!!
My family loves this recipe. I've been making it for about 4 years now. It's like dessert.
Yum! Yum! Yum! I have made this serveral times and have had rave reveiws!!!
This was awesome! My husband never liked sweet potatoes but this was the cure. Have and will make many times!
This was excellent. Would definitely make again. My family loved it!
This is my family's favorite recipe. My boyfriend constantly requests this. He even wants me to make in the middle of July when it's 100 degrees outside. I'm actually making this again tomorrow for a BBQ as a dessert/side dish. It's sweet, but not too sweet.
