I agree that this is a little too rich. Based on other comments, I added shredded chicken, corn, tomatoes, and some fajita seasoning to the filling. I also used enchilada sauce instead of salsa for the topping because my husband likes spicy things. He liked this recipe quite a bit, but I didn't enjoy it too much. The fat free cheese doesn't melt very well- it got very wet and gummy. I would make this recipe again if my husband requests it, but I'm not sure that it made a lasting impression on him. I wouldn't make it for myself.
