Cheese Enchiladas

This recipe sounds great and easy. I will try adding chicken too.

I have been on Weight Watchers for five years and this is a very healthy recipe to use for a great dinner. Wonderful and love to have more.

This looks and sounds like a recipe I would like to try. Easy and fun to make and eat.

I used this receipt as the main entree followed with a green veggie. I liked the texture, the ease of preparing. While it is baking you prepare the other parts of the meal. I did modify leaving the onions out, due to older adults eating these delicious enchiladas. I provided curry powder for those that wish to add just a dash - enhances the entire flavor. I thank you. Everyone loved it! Both adults and my 3 year old daughter ate it all!

very tasty and nutritious

I thought these were actually quite tasty for having fat free cream cheese and cheddar cheese in them. My husband said the taste was good but he just didn't like the rubbery texture. I was able to overlook it.

Wonderful! This dish was extremely easy, filling, and very tasty. AND LOW-FAT!

My husband said these were ok, I found them very dry.
