this was extremely easy to prepare and was delicious. i will definately make these again. preparation was easy and can be made in a.m. without adding salsa, cover and when ready, add your salsa and bake. SUGGESTION: Before placing enchiladas in pan, use a spray, or teflon pan. I had a little trouble removing them without breaking up. You will not be disappointed in the receipe. served with spanish rice. i didn't think 1 of these would be enough, but it certainly was.
