Cheese Enchiladas

This was delicious! My family loved it

MMmm Good!!! I loved it; the kids loved it! I made 1/2 batch then found I only had 2 tortillas. I stuffed a whole wheat pita bread with the remaining mixture and continued the preparation as directed. That was great, too!

I made this for my family and they all loved it! It was very easy to make. Definitly use cooking spray because they do stick to the pan.

This recipe is excellent. I was skeptical, but Wow. It was really great. I took finderskeep1 suggestion & sprayed the pan with pam & they did not stick. I was also out of green onion & I don't like raw white onion, so I cooked white onion a little bit in Pam instead. Wow, was this good. Yummy.

We loved it! It was fast and easy to make and delicious! I used the 'medium' Taco Bell Salsa and it added a bite to it!

this was extremely easy to prepare and was delicious. i will definately make these again. preparation was easy and can be made in a.m. without adding salsa, cover and when ready, add your salsa and bake. SUGGESTION: Before placing enchiladas in pan, use a spray, or teflon pan. I had a little trouble removing them without breaking up. You will not be disappointed in the receipe. served with spanish rice. i didn't think 1 of these would be enough, but it certainly was.
