I added grilled chicken and sour cream to mix and it was delicious!

The cream chesse was a bit too much. I might make it again if I could think of a proper substitute, but other than that, nope.

My family LOVED this! We don't use "low fat or fat free" anything in our house, so I made those changes; then I added sliced black olives and a can of shredded cooked chicken. Served it with (instant) Spanish rice and refried beans...delicious, very filling and QUICK!! I will definitely make this again!

Very quick and easy to make. Taste was good overall. Next time I'll substitute low fat cheese for the non fat cheese. It seems to melt better.

I've made this three times, but reducing ingredients down to serve just 2 people. Add kidney beans, green pepper, salsa and fat free mozzarella slices and it's divine. Use low fat cheeses to lighten it up.

This was an excellent meal and very quick to make. I add salsa to the inside also just to give it some more flavour.

This was the best recipe, my husband and co-worker loved them. However I did add some Turkey meat to that.
