Very easy to make! Used summer squash, zucchini and yellow pepper came out delicious! Absolutely would make again would add more vegetables next time.

I made this with Shrimp boiled in Old Bay Seasoning tossed in at end, also added Onion - family really liked this and will make again

You can use regular rice just make sure to add more broth and give it more time.

The first time I made this recipe I used shrimp rather than chicken. My husband loved it! The second time I tried it with chicken but we both agree shrimp is better. Try it!

The first time I made it my parents were here for dinner. We all loved it. Not only is it one of my favorites, but it is my mothers also. She recently made it for my brother's family and they all loved it too.

I made this with frozen veggies. And added ms. dash to chicken. It was really good. My 9 yr old loved it but my 4 yr old only picked the chicken out.I would still make it again!

I swapped veggies (Carrots, Green Beans, Mushrooms, Onion, and Broccoli) - seasoned chicken and added oregano to the mix. I topped with grated string cheese due to lack of alternatives. Loved it! Very filling!

Added a few extra veggies to this recipe, onion, mushrooms, celery and fresh tomatoes and omitted the carrots. All were great additions except for the tomatos. Don't think I'll add those next time. Seemed like it needed some kind of herbal flavor so next time might add basil and oregano or maybe just some Mrs. Dash. Not sure husband would like it because of it's simple flavor.
