I made this for my father's birthday and everyone loved. People went back for seconds and thirds. It was easy to make and had a nice cool refreshing taste. Perfect for coffee lovers.

I LOVED the ease & taste! To add flavor I used Creme Brulee coffee creamer w/coffee to soak the cookies.SO GOOD! Better tasting than restaurants!Try this. You'll agree!

I made this for my parents when they came to visit. I followed the recipe exactly and it was NOT GOOD! My parents were kind and said it "wasn't that bad" but really I was embarrased to serve them this but there wasn't enough time to make something different. It did not have the authentic taste. There was way too little of the cream cheese filling, so basically we were eatting lots of ladyfingers with a hint of coffee flavor. not good!

This was definitely a keeper! I will be making this many times. I am actually living in Italy right now and this dessert can easily hold up to the real thing. Just DELICIOUS and good for you too.

Have made this MANY times & have gotten RAVE reviews. I made some of my own changes: (1) I'm NOT a big coffee freak, so I only dab the ladyfingers with cold READY-MADE coffee instead of soaking THEM WELL. (2) If no cocoa powder, I use (don't laugh) a package of instant chochlate & sprinkle THAT on top! It really works. (3) If you want even MORE Bailey's Irish Cream flavor, add some to the coffee before brushing!

This recipe was so fast and easy to make! My 3 year old even helped a little. (I should mention that I very limited skills when it comes to cooking and baking.) I made it for my friends and family and it was a big hit!!! I will definetly be making this again.

We liked it and it was easy to make. But I would add some kind of very chocolate pudding.

This was a great recipe. You could change the taste by simply adding a flavored coffee. I also whipped up 1 pint of whipping cream with 2 pinches of corn starch for stiff peaks,1/2 tsp almound extract and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar.

I used strong brewed coffee instead of the instant added to water. I added a splash of Kahlua to the coffee and 4 Tbls. of Kahlua to the cream cheese mixture. It was better than the $7 Tiramisu that we bought at our local Italian Restaurant and theirs was wonderful!
