This was AWESOME!!! i made it for a BBQ and everyone loved it! i have since used it for pork and fish both worked really well! the fish took the marinade VERY fast - so don't leave in too long! YUMMY!!!

Holy Cow, this is GOOD! I marinaded boneless/skinless chicken breasts in this overnight. I was going to grill them this morning to carry to a church carry-in lunch. It was raining this morning - so I didn't start the grill. Instead, I cut the chicken into smaller pieces (3 pieces per breast) and cooked in an iron skillet on the stove top. Served over brown rice mixed with black beans and corn. There wasn't even a single spoonful left. I only got a small piece myself. It was GREAT!

We loved this recipe. It had just the right amount of spice and was easy to prepare. I substituted chicken cutlets for the broiler chicken, and broiled it in the oven. I will definitely make this again. It was delicious.

Made this yesterday, with boneless, skinless chicken breast. I doubled the spice part to give it lots of taste. My husband and I loved this recipe on the grill. Will make this again...

My husband and I loved this. Since we just moved, I could not find the brown sugar. So, instead I used extra cinnamon. We loved it. It has a sweet taste, but it's not too sweet. We'll definitely make this again.

Added 1 1/2 tsp of minced garlic. This was really an awsome combo of flavors. Served with yellow rice and black beans. Even the husband liked!
