Jerk-Style Chicken

my hubby and I both LOVED this!! Perfect blend of sweet and heat. I served it with a garden salad topped with KRAFT RANCH DRESSING. 5 STARS!!!

I made this first time for lunch guests-we all thought it was great! I waited a whole week before making it again. I served it w/ grilled vegetables tossed in balsamic vinegarette dressing. Fabulous.

This was great - not too spicey like I thought it would be! The kids liked it and I made a cool broccoli salad that complemented this easy to make dish!!

This marinade rocks! My husband couldn't say enough about it. He even thought I should try it on pork. And the kids didn't ask to dip their meat in anything, like they usually do.

I made this two days ago for my family. I used a small cornish hen and cooked it on the rotisserie machine. It tasted terrific. I was a little skeptical about the combination of flavors in the marinade, but I absolutely loved the end result and so did my family. In fact, they raved about it so much that they requested I make it again for our July 4th celebration. :)

This marinade was outstanding! I tried boneless skinless chicken breast and they were so juicy with a delicious flavor!

This was a wonderful recipe. My children loved the taste. The left overs were great the next day too.

Didnt really taste like authentic jerk chicken by any means. The cinnamon flavor overpowered all else. I may or may not make this again. Just ok.

So good, we were fighting over the leftovers the next day!
