This recipe is great. I have made it twice. My husband loves it. I made it for Labor Day and even after everyone was stuffed they still wanted more. It is very easy to make and really allows you pre-plan. Simple grilling at its best!!

This chicken was super-easy to prepare! Delicious, too! I added a little bit of Mayo to the marinade (to help keep the chicken moist), and prefer to marinate overnight for the best flavor. Broil or cook on the grill. Definite 10 on our family's YUM-O-METER!

It was so easy to make! I let it marinade for 3 hours and made more of the marinade to brush on as it was cooking It tasted great using the rack of broiler!!

This is a VERY good recipe for chicken. My kids love it! I cooked some collard greens and potatoe salad with it...we ate until we were stuffed...and sat back licking our fingers!!!

This was great! It made me feel like I was a chef on a tv show.I have heard alot about jerked meat,but never thought about making it until now.I cooked the chicken thighs on a broiler pan for 1hr at 400 degrees and they turned out perfect!
