I really enjoy this recipe. Mixing the whipped cream with the cream cheese makes the cheesecake taste better instead of just tasting cream cheese filling.

for a healthier version, use lite cream cheese and cool whip and only half of the sugar, and its still just as good

Several years ago, I owned a cafe and made this pie every week. No one ever knew it was so easy to make. I highly recommend it.

I've also been making this recipe for years. I make an awesome chocolate version of this. Substitute 1/3 cup of chocolate powdered sugar for the 1/3 c. granulated sugar.....Better yet if you can find the chocolate Cool Whip use that instead of regular Cool Whip. I used to be able to find the choc. Cool whip, it's very rare now.

I do this a little different. I make mini cheesecakes to serve at showers. Its real easy and my kids love it.
