I used the jelly beans the first time for Easter and then strawberries the next time. It was so good and so easy. No limit to the different toppings, but good as is also.

I've been making this cheesecake for years. I use canned blueberry or cherry pie filling for the topping or try your favorite pie filling. The possibilities are endless. Always scrumptious!

This is a great recipe and super easy. If you like peanut butter add a cup to this recipe and drizzle chocolate over the top. My kids LOVE it!

I made this for Easter dinner this year. I wanted to make the jellybeans look like easter eggs in the grass so I added some shredded coconut dyed with green food coloring and placed the jellybeans on top. My family loved it. It was still light since I used low fat creamcheese and light Cool Whip

Good light cheesecake. I did as another had suggested and sliced up strawberries and let them sit in splenda and lime juice. I then spread a layer of cheesecake, then strawberries, then cheesecake and topped with more strawberries. Turned out great and easy to make!

Instead of the one large pie crust I used twelve mini crust. They make the perfect serving and this recipe tastes great!
