A big hit at Easter. Just make sure to garnish right before serving, or the candy could "bleed" onto the cake!

I made this easy pie for Easter and instead of making it with plain coolwhip, I made it with strawberry flavored coolwhip. Delicious! :) It was so good that it was gone in 10 mintues.

This recipe with extremely quick and easy! I have made it for my first Easter dinner and know that it will be a hit!! My husband loves it!!!!

I am on Weight Watcher's Core program so I used fat free cream cheese, Spenda, Cool Whip Free and reduced calorie graham cracker crust. Instead of adding the jelly beans, I folded in a 1/2 cup of sugar-free red raspberry preserves. It makes a wonderful 3 point dessert!

Add Splenda sweetner, the lower fat cream cheese, low fat whip cream, for a dessert everyone can enjoy, a little lime and orange zest brightens the flavor. The low cal version tastes just as good. Fresh thinly sliced strawberries, a dash of splenda, and lime, make a delicious topping (let mix sit a while to ripen flavor). Who ever though yummy cheese cake could be healthy : )
