Quick and easy. Another idea is to mix fresh strawberries in cool whip.

I made this for my mom for a surprise on Mother's Day, but since she doesn't like strawberries I replaced the strawberries with cherries. She loved it! ;)

I made 2 versions of this for a family reunion: the original recipe I drizzled with chocolate syrup, then decorated with whole strawberries. The 2nd one I frosted with Chocolate Cool Whip, then drizzled with chocolate AND caramel syrups, (like the kind you use on ice cream). Both garnered rave reviews!
