I made this dish for a family gathering that included 10 kids and 10 adults and everyone loved it! It was very easy to make and is requested often!!

I thought this recipe was going to be good based on the reviews, however, it tasted just like sour cream & noddles. Very overpowering sour cream taste. It was very displeasing!

Very easy Mac and Cheese recipe that is easy to take to potlucks. I always get great comments on it. I add a bit more cheddar than the recipe calls for, I like it a bit cheesier. I like it even better as leftovers, I think the flavors meld better.

This was my attempt at homemade mac & cheese...very easy! I used the Kraft 'classic melts' blend instead of cheddar and it was great. My family loved it.

I did not like this recipe at all. I found it just tasted like noodles and sour cream. YUCK!! I much prefer mac and cheese with just plain old regular orange cheese!!

I didn't have any cottage cheese so I used 1/4 cup crumbled blue and some Monterey jack. Added a bit of dijon too. I think next time I will cover it for the first half of heating if it is not still warm from the pot. This would be good with a layer of French fried onions and shredded parmesan on top. Next time!

my husband had this at a golf banquet and came home with the recipe. We served it at Christmas dinner ... it was excellent!!
