This was very very good, i was worried after reading the previous comments, but i had been trying to make homemade vanilla coffee for awhile and while adding vanilla to coffee was good, the brown sugar was my missing ingredient. Reminds me of a sweeter dunkin donuts vanilla coffee. My only thing was i just filled up my coffee pot wich is a little more than 6 cups but it still turned out great.

This coffee had a wonderful flavor. I refridgerated it and added a touch of skim milk. It was fabulous.

Maybe it's b/c I'm pregnant or maybe it's b/c I switched to decaf, but I did not like this. Hardly any vanilla flavor. I followed the other reviewers warnings and did measure out the water with actual measuring cups. Still, with cream and additional sugar, it was bitter.

I think that maybe the comments about this recipe being "too strong" are from people who filled up the coffeemaker to "6 cups" (which is only 36 ounces) instead of measuring 6 cups (which is 48 ounces).

I am a coffee lover. This is great coffee, but the measurement for coffee should be cut in ½ (unless you want to ping all day) - then it's perfect!

WHOA HORSIE! I made this according to direction, and holy moly! STRONG!!! However, if you double the water and vanilla, it isn't all that bad. You will still need cream.

I love vanilla and I love coffee. But apparently not together. This was the worse coffee I've ever had. I made the recipe as directed. Took one taste, poured out the rest and made a fresh pot of your basic coffee.

This is the worst coffee I ever had. Too strong, too sweet, and I couldn't even taste the vanilla.

Coffee is way too strong if you follow the recipe - I increased the water to 10 cups and it was much better.

I enjoy it anytime of the day....
