Excellant! Everyone at work loved it and wanted the recipe. Could not find Athenos Feta cheese with Basil & Tomato at the grocery store so used just plain Feta with a pinch of sugar and a heap of basil. Used cherry tomatoes from the garden and sliced them thin. Also used normal Green Spanish olives sliced thin instead of black ... hubby did the shopping for me. Was excellant anyway!
I served this to a group of six friends tonight. After putting it out, I left the room for a few minutes. When I came back, it was GONE!!! I definitely got rave reviews on this one and requests for the recipe.
I brought this to work for a potluck and wasn't sure co-workers would like it because it is so different. Everyone loved it & I didn't get to take home any leftovers.
Very good!!! Everyone gobbled this down...should have made a double recipe. It's so easy it takes no time, but it tastes like it took a long time.
Very good, but I would skip the spinach next time and add in another kind of veggie ... it just made it too soggy and 'slimy-fish-tankish' --- maybe zucchini or red bell peppers or something else --- it was just too much with the spinach (maybe fresh would be better???) --- otherwise it would be superb.
This dip is awesome! Every year for Christmas Eve we do a huge appetizer buffet instead of a meal. This is the ONLY dip that has to be on the menu! I make it with lite cream cheese so we can eat more ;-) It's really terrific with pita chips.
Very salty & needed something more Not a big hit in my house
We made this for a New Year's Eve snack and it was a hit. Can't wait to try it again!
I had this dip at a party and it was really good. I had never tried Feta and hummas before and it was a nice change from the usual party foods.
