Made it exactly as described, and it turned out perfect. Husband thought it was delicious. I don't know that the dressing mix adds anything to it. I'd prefer to kick it up more

Very good! I boiled the peppers for 3 min first, used basil, garlic, oregano tomato sauce, added garlic powder, onion powder, 6 oz of velveeta in mixture, used reg. rice, precooked it, topped with chedder when I took it out of the oven.
May I suggest placing the peppers in boiling water for 3 min befor filling and cooking avoiding peppers becomming to soft ,when cooking is done.
This recipe was very easy to make and even more delicious.
I have used this recipe quite often, the only things I do different is cook my meat with minced garlic, and use Italian Style tomato sauce ( it gives it a little more zip). I also add a cup of shredded cheddar to the mix and top it with cheddar.
This recipe is delicious. The only I do different is add some shredded cheese on the top after I take them out of the oven.
I am not a fan of cooked peppers, but my husband asked so what could I do! I loved the inside and so did my picky kids!
I have never cared much for stuffed peppers. But, I have finally found a recipe that i actually enjoyed.
This recipe was fantastic! My 4 yr old doesnt like meat and my 2 yr old doesnt like veggies but they both gobble this up! We also loved it. nice and tasty and VERY easy to make!
I have made stuffed peppers before, but it never tasted this good. I made it and it was delicious. I can't wait to make it again. Thanx : )
These were really easy to make and they were tasty and filling. The only thing I would do the next time that I make them would be to add some additional seasonings to bring out more flavor because it was a little bland. I was surprised because I thought that the envelope of dressing mix would give it some kick, but in my opinion it needs a little something extra added.
