I was so disappointed in this meal. It looked beautiful and was cooked oerfectly, but despite the whole package of seasoning it was incredibly bland. All of the flavor totally cooked out of the pepper. The filling was not flavorful, even when I added extra salt. I will not make it again.

This a good quick recipe. I spiced up the sausage mixture with a little red pepper. I also needed to cook it a little bit longer, but that could have just been the fat peppers I had. I will be fixing this again.

Easy, tastes great, whats not to like?

The peppers are not cooked long enough with this recipe and come out almost raw.

Delicious and so simple. I baked for 40 minutes and topped with grated "Italian cheese blend" when they came out of the oven. I thought the cook time was perfect for the peppers and the rice. I added extra garlic salt and salt to the meat mix.I will definitely make it again!

Very good and we will definately make it again. I used double the sauce and also melted some mozerella cheese at the end. It was very good and we had NO leftovers.

This is how I've mad stuffed peppers for years. (50) You can add cumin and chili powder and corn to make it southwest . I also make it italian by adding italian seasoning, basil, garlic amdf mushrooms. It is all good!

Wow! These are amazing! Don't use the dressing...use an onion soup mix like I did with some Italian seasoning and garlic. I used more tomato sauce than needed also and added frozen corn. I'm a new cook so I always read the reviews before I make anything. These turned out amazing! No side dish needed...or ordering pizza :) Oh...and I added hand full mozzarella cheese to meat mixture and last 10 mins of baking.
