The whole family loved it! I topped mine with mozarella cheese and used instant brown rice instead of white rice.

Very good--we eat this every couple weeks. Also good with ground turkey, already prepared brown rice (omit water), and some corn. Instead of the seasoning packet, I've also used onion powder, garlic powder, basil, marjoram, and a little cayenne pepper.

This recipe was super simple to make even for me being a new cook. Everyone loved it and has asked for it to be made again. The peppers were the perfect texture and the filling had great flavor!

these were really great! i recommend seasoning the meat before cooking it. the recipe definitely needs salt added to it! other than that, they are delicious!

My husband loves stuffed peppers, but I made him get the frozen dinner kind because I thought they were too hard and took too long to make. Not with the recipe! Simple yet fast. Tastes way better then frozen too!

Instead of plain tomato sauce I used spagghetti sauce and also boil the peppers until it is tender yet firm enough to hold its shape. I didn't add the dressing mix cause I didn't have any but I will next time.
