The recipe was okay but lacking. The meat mixture was bland and the pepper was very crunchy.

This recipe was GREAT! I am a very picky eater and normally will not eat peppers, but even I loved it. My husband asks for this every week. Even my 18 month old loves it!

Very good. One pepper will certainly fill up one person even without serving this meal with a side. Easy to make too.

This was my first time making stuffed peppers. The recipe is easy and delicious. My only critique is that there was a lot of sauce. Next time, I may stuff less and add more tomato sauce.

I'm really not a cook, but this recipe that I cooked made me feel that I'm a chef. WOW,it tasted great, now I want to go show off and cook this recipe for my relatives, whenever we get together for a family function!

These were so gooooood!! Even my 9yr old loved them!! VERY easy to make. I did add a little garlic to meat mixture & also poured a can of diced tomatoes seasoned w/basil, garlic & oregano as well as the rest of tomato sauce/water mixture!! Will make this for many yrs to come!!

Very good, simple, easy, filling. I made a few changes to it though. I used ground turkey instead of the beef and I also added one diced jalapeno to the onion and turkey while it browned. I also used brown rice. Made it healthier and added a little kick.

Very easy and tasted great! My first time making stuffed peppers and my husband loved them. I used red, yellow and orange peppers -since I like the sweet ones better. I will make these again soon!

I had never made stuffed peppers before, and frankly I was a bit nervous! What an easy and fabulous recipe!!! My fiance loved them and so did I. I was so surprised; as I am not a fan of cooked peppers. I am now! Thank you for such a fabulous treat!
