Made this several times.using the Italian salad dressing packet.Will make again and again. These are so good I'm making them for my father in laws 80th birthday as a special surprise.he just loves them!

this is the first time i had ever made or tasted stuffed peppers. i thought that they were not only easy to make, but tasted great as well.

I need to try this one again. I didn't use the Good Seasons dressing because I couldn't find it in the store. Maybe I'll try a different brand. Also, I used ground pork instead of beef and it didn't turn out that well. We liked it enough to eat the leftovers, but it's gotta be much better with beef and the correct seasoning.

My husband loved it. The only thing I would change is to cook the rice first, and then mix it in with the meat.

My husband loved it. It was the first time I ever made stuffed peppers. His only suggestion was to cook it a little longer since he prefers the pepper a little more tender...AWESOME!!!

This recipe was great! My husband is a fairly picky eater, and he even liked it- A LOT! I made them with ground turkey instead of ground beef, and I added mozzerella cheese to the recipe. They were great, and I will definitely be making them again. Even my toddler loved the filling!
