My husband loved it. It was the first time I ever made stuffed peppers. His only suggestion was to cook it a little longer since he prefers the pepper a little more tender...AWESOME!!!

This recipe was great! My husband is a fairly picky eater, and he even liked it- A LOT! I made them with ground turkey instead of ground beef, and I added mozzerella cheese to the recipe. They were great, and I will definitely be making them again. Even my toddler loved the filling!

I have not used this receipe persay, but when I do make it my husband doesn't crave the whole green pepper. So instead I chop up the pepper and mix all the ingredients and bake casserole style. It's a BIG hit.

I really liked this recipe, but my husband said he would have rather just had the meat with no pepper! (how man-typical!) This was really good with garlic mashed potatoes as a side. I didn't add cheese on the top, but as an afterthought, I thought it would have been good.

Great recipe. I did make a few changes...added 1/3 cup chilli sauce along with the water. Added 1 cup cheddar cheese to rice mixture before stuffing the peppers. Also, I parboiled and halved the peppers (5 minutes in boiling water). Baked at 350 (instead of 400).

I give it three because my husband loved it - even took one for lunch the next day - but the kids didn't eat it and i was putting pepper sauce on mine cause it is very plain. so it is good, its just very plain and not for the littleuns.
