Layered Italian Dip

Served this at an association board meeting at my house last night, everyone loved it and it was decided to put the recipe in the next membership newsletter! Excellent & easy.

Absolutely Delicious!! I served this at an Italian theme party and it was the first dish to go. I followed the recipe exactly, but the only thing I would do differently is to double or triple it. I've had MANY requests for the recipe. This is a keeper and will be made quite often in this house. THANKS!!

I made this recipe for a party and never had such a great response. I doubled it and used Mozzarella with Asiago and Garlic instead of the parmesan- Much better. The oil in the commercially prepared pesto does seem to separate, haven't had time to make real pesto yet to compare. Still and all, it's great, try it for your next party. I'm making it twice this week

Excellent and easy to make recipe. My guests loved it with focaccia bread I cut up into triangles and toasted. Went well with chicken spaghetti.

I should have made a double batch, it went so fast. It is very easy to make and taste delicious! For a little variation, you could sprinkle toasted pinenuts on top.

Took this recipe to a party and everyone enjoyed it. Even my husband, who doesn't like cream cheese, pesto or roasted red peppers, ate it and said it was "surprisingly good". Very easy to make and would definitely make it again.

I made it for treat day at work. It was very easy and everyone loved it. It went quicker than everything else! I added a little black pepper and garlic powder to the cream cheese as I mixed in the parmesan. Thanks.
