AMAZINGGGG!!!! I made this for my boyfriends birthday and he loved it. I also gave slices to friends and family and they love it as well and wanted the recipe!! I was really happy with the way it turned out and how easy it was to make!!! Its a must TRY!!!

I made this and used General Foods Instant French Vanilla. I wanted to get a coffee that would be drank since we don't use instant normally. It was a delicious cheesecake, and tasted just like the coffee. Plus, it was super easy to make. Next time I make it, I think I will try with another coffee flavor.

This cheesecake's heart is in the right place, but using a coffee other than regular instant (something flavored?) would probably make a huge difference.

This came out with a great coffee flavor. I used the Neufchatel cream cheese and it tasted great. Next time I may try adding chocolate chips to the batter!

I used less coffee than what was called for and also added chocolate syrup to the top for added decoration. The office enjoyed it.

This turned out really well. Everyone loved it. I thought that 1/3rd cup coffee wouldn't be enough but every bite had a great taste, I also added a 1/4 teaspoon vanilla.

Delicious cheesecake; i made it for a work party and everyone loved it! Very easy to make too, but the only thing i would suggest is giving a minimum time as saying 40 minutes or until center is almost set is not good enough. 35 minutes should be the minimum time as 40 minutes is too long (at least in my view) and caused the cheesecake to crack.
