I have been making this for over a year and am now famous for it...people at work and friends and the fire dept are all asking me to make it for the holidays. This and the 3 step pumpkin layer cheesecake I make is all the rave at the holidays. Highly recommend this...but tell everyone you spent hours in the kitchen making it....lol Fantastic recipe!!!

I used a graham cracker crust instead, but all my friends loved it. For me I would put a tad less instant coffee but I am just not a big coffee person. But other friends raved and raved and want the recipe for themselves.

This is an excellent recipe. I made it once for my friends, and I received such great comments that I decided to make it again for a family dinner. I recommend trying this cheesecake at least once!

I made ths for my mom for Mother's Day. She just called to tell me that it is phenonmenal!! By far, the best she's ever had! The only thing I did was add the coffee carmel and regal chocolate sauces to the top and sprinkled chopped pecans on top. I'm going over tomorrow, to have a slice myself!!!!!

Very good with the Oreo crust. I served this with chocolate ice cream and it was a hit with my husband. Yum!
