What You Need

env. GOOD SEASONS Asian Sesame Dressing Mix, prepared as directed on envelope

Tbsp. soy sauce

1-1/2

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

Tbsp. crunchy peanut butter

Tbsp. honey

1/2

tsp. crushed red pepper

pkg. (1 lb.) thin spaghetti

carrots, shredded

green onions, sliced

1/2

cup chopped cilantro

Make It

MIX dressing and soy sauce. Pour 1/3 cup over chicken in bowl; toss to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate. Meanwhile, mix remaining dressing mixture, peanut butter, honey and crushed red pepper.

COOK spaghetti as directed on package. Meanwhile, transfer chicken and marinade to skillet; cook and stir on medium-high heat 8 min. or until chicken is done. Place chicken in large bowl.

DRAIN spaghetti. Add to chicken mixture with peanut butter mixture and all remaining ingredients; mix lightly.

Keeping It Safe

Cutting boneless skinless chicken breasts into pieces can be a slippery task. Make it safer and prevent the knife from slipping by cutting the chicken while it is partially frozen. The firmer chicken is much easier to cut and handle.

Substitute

Substitute 1 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing for the prepared dressing.

This recipe is very easy to make and very delicious! I have made this a few times, and my husband loves it. It also makes for really good leftovers. The cilantro really adds a nice flavor to it, and if you can't find the envelope of Asian Sesame dressing, I have always used the bottled dressing.

This is, by far, the best recipe I've made from Kraft Foods! My husband and I can't believe how good it tastes...each time I make it, we comment how it is BETTER than a restaurant dish!

Don't know what I did wrong, but this was inedible. A waste of good ingredients. Perhaps if I had found the Good Seasons it would have been better than the Kraft bottled dressing. In light of all the rave reviews perhaps I did something wrong, but I followed the recipe exactly. Ugh!

I loved this recipe! The sauce was great (I used 1 1/3 cups bottled dressing) and the crunchy carrots and peanuts added a nice texture. I made it extra spicy and didn't use cilantro. The only thing I didn't like was the pasta. I would rather have it over steamed rice.

Looks good. I want to try it. If I use the bottled dressing, how much do I start out with? And do I add the soy sauce, honey and peanut butter to divided portions or is this already built in to the bottled version?

This recipe was AMAZING! I will make this again for sure. Instead of carrots and onions, we used coleslaw mix, it was quick and easy and tasted great. You can use extra for more crunch. I would like to add more peanuts next time though.

I loved this dish! I used linguini instead of spaghetti. I added chopped red peppers and sauteed them with the green onions in a little olive oil before adding them to the mixture.
