This was a great recipe however, I changed it and added snow peas, yellow, red, orange peppers, onions and mushrooms to this and it was awesome....such a nice flavor!! Will definately make this again..

My kids are P-I-C-K-Y eaters but they loved this recipe. They thought that it was so cool to put peanut butter in something other than a PB&J sandwich.

This is one of my favorite recipes to make and my family loves it. I have made a few changes to make it my own like adding a can of coconut milk and pineapple. I also like to use shrimp instead of chicken sometimes.

Well received by my family. I added a couple of finely chopped serranno peppers and yet the spicyness was not overly pronounced. Water chestnuts or brocolli flowerettes would be good. Topping with cashew pieces is highly recommended. Serves well with sriracha chili sauce.

I used broccoli to add some more vegetables and it turned out great. I didn't have time to marinate the chicken in the dressing, but it still tastes like the marinade. For my tastes, it was too much peanut butter, but how do you please a pregnant woman but with asian food anyway? :)

This is really good! It makes a lot and leftovers are just as good the next day! I did use just a little less cilantro than the recipe called for.

I thought this was really good. I sort of just "eye-balled" how much Kraft dressing to use (I couldn't find the Good Seasons mix either). I served this to my boyfriend and his friend and they said that it would taste great with cashews mixed in!

This was a great meal! I made it with fettuccini noodles and had to use the bottled dressing since I could not find the mix. I will use less cilantro next time ... if all. (The flavor didn't really go with the others.) It was delicious!!!!!
