WOW! I could not find the Dressing packet either, so I substituted Good Seasons Asian dressing. I made extra sauce and put an extra 1/2 tsp of red pepper. I thought this dish was excellent and better than I expected, my fiance loved it too! I served it with the Cream Cheese Won Tons from Kraft as well.
I also subbed Asian dressing, added ginger for spice. It was easy, fast, and unique. I'll definately make it again
This was a pretty good start for phad thai. I did make a few adjustments. I couldn't find the seasoning packet so I used an Asian sesame salad dressing as suggested. I ommitted the cilantro and doubled the green onions. I also used bean sprouts rather than carrots. I used fettucine rather than spaghetti and fried it for a couple minutes in peanut oil. Then I added about 1/2 cup chopped peanuts and garnished it with some more before serving. This also depends on personal tastes but I served it with lime wedges as fresh squeezed lime juice really enhanced the flavor. Enjoy.
Ditto to the salad dressing packet. I also used the asian sesame dressing and it was very good. I can't cook Shake-n-bake, but this was easy even for me!
This recipe is amazing! I, along with everyone else, couldn't find the salad dressing packet. But I found an Asian Sesame Ginger salad dressing that worked perfectly. I doubled the sauce recipe, too, and it was perfect!!
LOVE IT!! LOVE IT!! LOVE IT!! I like to add sliced waterchestnuts and snow peas to the mix. Great recipe
Loved it the very first time. Added green peas the second time. Still loved it. Easy to make. Will use it as a crowd pleaser.
I substituted the packaged dressing for some asian sesame with ginger salad dressing. My husband and I enjoyed this dish very much. Excellent
The sauce had a good flavor but became bland when combined with the pasta and chicken. We like our food very spicy so I would make it again but add more crushed red pepper, some garlic and ginger.
Pretty easy to make but nearly impossible to find the good seasons dressing. I ended up using a substitute and it turned out well.
