If you love Pad Thai -- then this is the dish for you. My friends and family absolutely LOVED this...there were no leftovers, and I have been requested to make it again for SuperBowl Party!

tasted/smelled too "peanut-buttery" I would use less peanut butter or just the peanuts without the butter

My husband always begs me to make this dish! It is delicious and easy. Every time I serve it to guests, they ask for the recipe.

I thought that this was a terrific recipe! My husband and son both gobbled it up, and said to make it again.

This was awesome. I too couldn't find the Good Seasons dressing mix, so I used a bottle of Sesame Ginger with Mandarin Orange juice marinade. I also reduced the cilantro by half. Even my picky children ate this up. I doubled the recipe and still there were nearly NO leftovers, something that is unheard of in my house!!

This was very good. Even my picky husband liked it. I could not find the Good Seasons salad dressing mix, but substituted an asian sesame dressing that I found instead.
