I brought these cookies into my office for a Valentine's Day treat and they were a hit!! I refrigerated mine overnight so that the chocolate would harden and they turned out great!! The cookie recipe would also be great for Xmas cookies.

These cookies were great and a big hit with everyone. They all thought that I bought these! I dipped it into milk chocolate instead of semi-sweet after reading all the comments

These were very tasty. I would dip them in milk chocolate next time instead of semi-sweet though.

In place of dipping cookies in melted chocolate, I mixed a few drops of red food coloring into melted white chocolate for Valentine's day. For other holidays, I used the food coloring for that day...like green for Christmas, yellow for Easter and so on. I cut the dough into the various shapes needed for those holidays. The cookies are very good and never last long around my husband and grandchildren.
