This was so delicious and took only minutes to assemble. I added a bit of parmesan and Italian seasoning to the top for a bit of added flavor. Great dish to bring to a potluck or for those nights when you just don't feel like cooking.

Excellent! I saute'd 1 lg. green pepper (1" chunks), 1 zucchini (sliced), onion (chopped), and added basil. I also used 1 lb. of ziti and had enough for a second meal. I baked at 350 because veggies were pre-cooked. Great flavor, definitely a repeater. My husband loved it.

I LOVED this! Was super easy, with stuff I keep on hand, and very healthy. I added an onion, basil, oregano, and fresh garlic, which made it awesome! Also, I used thin spagetti instead of masticolli, just because we prefer it. Will definitly make again.

Wonderful, very flavorful. I like it better with red and green peppers instead of the zucchini and squash. A family favorite!

Husband loved this and definitely wants me to make it again. I also added some chopped carrots because I didn't have enough squash. I made the recipe and divided it up in tupperware containers for quick, easy, microwave meals for lunch. It was great reheated.

I didn't have all of the ingredients to make this recipe, so I improvised with what I had on hand. I used spaghetti, squash, broccoli, fresh garlic, and mozzarella/cheddar cheese. It came out wonderfully delicious!!

My husband and sons, who love meat and potatoes, thought that this dish was filling and tasted great.
