My sister made this for dinner the other night...delicious! She added a little bit of heat with red pepper flakes. So simple, yet so tasty. Would be good with some cornbread or salad

I love this recipe. My 9yr old son loves it also. It's easy to make ahead, freeze and eat when ready or a quick last minute dinner plan.

This was super tasty and easy. I used brown rice, because its healthier. Because of this I cooked the brown rice in a rice cooker, and then added it. Next time I would like to make it a bit more spicy, and perhaps garnish with avocado slices...

Very disappointing- followed the recipe as is and found it to be very bland. Read comments of others who said they liked it, but they had added additional ingredients and seasonings to "doctor" it up. Will NOT make again.

My family like this. I also added cilantro, chicken stock instead of water, and ground turkey. I also added a squeeze of lime juice. Very tasty...I would definitely make again.

This receipe was so easy and flavorful. I needed to add more fiber to my diet and this is such a great way to do it. I added cilantro and cumin. Also topped it off with sour cream. Delicious!

I added a small can of chopped green chilis to add some additional flavor
