Made it for one holiday gathering...will now make it for New Year's! I used the chocolate filled oreos, doubled the batch and added 1/4c creme de menthe to make Mini Grasshopper Cheesecakes and a drop or two of green food coloring. I sprinkled the tops with chocolate sprinkles. I also used the foil muffin cups for a more holiday look. RAVE REVIEWS form everyone!! :-) MushkaDazz

Everyone at work loved it. I made it with fat-free cream cheese and whipped topping. Then added pineapple. Gone in minutes. Wonderful, easy recipe!

I prepared this dessert for my son's classmates. Instead of using sprinkles, I crushed up oreo's and sprinkled on top. The kids enjoyed so much they ask my son to bring in more.

I think these are very, very good! I loved them because they are good and are really easy to make. You can whip up a batch in about 10 minuts, and they only have a few ingrediants but they taste like they were hard to make and took lots of time. I highly suggest making them!

GREAT RECIPE, BUT INSTEAD OF USING THE PAPER CUPS I USED A LONG RECTANGULAR PAN SPRAYED PAM ON THE BOTTOM OF IT. DOUBLED THE RECIPE AND USED GRAM CRACKERS CRUMBLED, AND CHOPPED STAWBERRYS. IT WAS A DREAM COME TRUE. EVERYONE LOVED IT, AND THERE WAS ENOUGH FOR SECONDS, WHICH EVERYONE WANTED. THANK YOU FOR THE IDEA!
