To make this healthy pie even healthier, I substituted the sugar for Splenda & used a Reduced-fat ready-made pie crust. Next time I make it I think I will add raisins, and maybe shredded apple & carrots & chopped pecans.

I took this pie to a pitchin after a meeting and it was gone in a couple of minutes. When I looked down the pie pan was still spinning on the table.... LOL

My sister told me about this recipe last year and i have made it 3 times. I'm going to make it many more times including on Halloween and Thanksgiving.It's great anytime my family loves it.

i made this for thanksgiving a few years ago. it was so easy! my family was stunned that i could make something that tasted so good and seemed so difficult to make.

The first time i made this recepie i didnt make it into a pie i made it into a mouse and served it with grahm crackers and vanilla wafers and have now been beged to brin it to every family event now for the 3 year in a row.

this was an awesome pie and everyone who tried it wanted the recipe. last year my sister called and asked me for it and i told her i had lost the paper i had it on. she is actually the one who told me where to find it again. i am happy because now i can make it again.
