Quick, Easy, Fantastic! I get requests for this recipe each time I serv it to my guests. It's just not the Holidays without this wonderful, quick time saving desert.

This is truly the easiest cheescake ever!! I make this every Thanksgiving holiday and the family LOVES it!! Much better than the traditional pumpkin pie - this one has flair!!!

This recipe is perfect, simple no mess fast clean up I love it. My family, friends love pumpkin pie but they have never had pumpkin cheesecake. Yum! I absolutely loved this recipe. The trick is to put in 2 cups of the cool whip and let it sit overnight.

This recipe was easy to make, and delicious when done. I added my own touch to it though...I crushed walnuts and covered the whole top with them and then put the cool whip on it. It was a huge hit and I can't wait to make it again!

This is a good thing to take to parties, and if you dont like it too fluffy just put less whip cream, makes it firmer, I tried it and it was a hit with the family!

Great flavor but a little too fluffy. I wanted it to be a little firmer. Maybe more cream cheese and less cool whip. Of course, then, you'd have to add more sugar.

My niece made this for 4-H food fair and won grand on it. She was so excited. We plan on making it for the holidays.

Love it! I make it every year and it's a big hit! I use low fat cream cheese and cool whip and no one knows the difference!!
