this is great. But i use ginger snaps for the crust. It gives it a little kick

I loved it! It was easy to make, it was delicious and it was just the right thing for a Thanksgiving dessert. It has become a family holiday tradition.

A lighter version of the pumpkin pie. My family loved it. My nephew wanted me to make another one right away. Now, everyone wants the recipe.

Not only did I find it to be delicious, but my whole family loved it as well. My husband asks me to make it every Thanksgiving!

From the first time I made this pie, it has been a great hit at all family gatherings. I am to the point now, if i don't make 3 pies (enough for take home) I have upset family members. This is truely the easiest pie I have ever made. Great project for kids too!

WOW! WOW! WOW! Took this to a church dinner yesterday. Everyone LOVED it! It is so very easy. I made two when I was making and froze one. The other will be my contribution to Thanksgiving Dinner. I used low fat cream cheese and low fat whipped topping. No one knew the difference.
