This is excellant.. I enjoyed it inside a small hard round loaf of bread hollowed out and served with wheat crackers. I even kicked it up a little bit with some hot sauce ( not too much) I have even served this at several of my holiday parties and my quest really loved it.

This was a great recipe. It was very tasty and creamy. What made it so creamy was that, I added a little bit more cream cheese than what the recipe called for and it was delicious!

This is a great recipe however I prefer to skip the water chestnuts and put in artichoke hearts and along with red peppers add a dash of cayenne pepper. For a Cheesier Dip add Shredded Parmesan cheese!

this is just like what my grandmother made. i was so happy to find this recipe . i have missed this flavor for so long and my family is so happy with it and our friends think i went to alot of trouble when i serve it

EVERYONE requests I make this dip at every party I attend. Even the kids that HATE spinach love this dip. It tastes terrific and is so easy to make.
