This was super yummy and extremely easy to make. My 3 year old even ate the broccoli! This has become a regular meal in our house.

I loved this recipe. My husband loves cheese so I automatically added an additional ounce or so of cheese. I love one pot recipes and this one is perfect for our family, especially since I just had a baby and my time in the kitchen is limited. I think that to make this easier I will cook and chop the chicken into on inch pieces to make it even easier to eat.

This was really fast and easy, but I personally did not like the Velveeta in it. And I love cheese!! I think it was too cheesy, IF I make it again, I'll use maybe a cup of shredded cheese or something. But I did not like this at all.

I found this meal to be pretty good (My husband did too). The only things I did different were not using all of the brocolli and rice. I used about 1 1/2 cups of rice and half the brocolli (it seemed like too much). Next time I cook this meal I will also cook twice the amount of chicken because we had lots of rice left over. It tasted great though!

i did a variation of this, with mushrooms instead of broccoli...and i think i used way too much cheese(i didn't measure) but, the family and guest seemed to enjoy it....next time, i'll use a little less cheese
