I decided to put some ham on it as well, it was a good mix of flavors. The only problem with this sandwich is that it very heavy.

This recipe is the best! I actually made it as a torte and as cookies as well.. they worked out great either way!! I make them once a week and everyone loves them!

It would be wise to drain your salsa to get as much liquid off as possible. It will help your sandwich from being soggy. Can also be made as a wrap. Very good.

The sandwich was ok. It was still soggy even when I put the salsa and turkey between the slices of cheese hoping it would keep the sandwich the from getting soggy, but it didn't. My family thought it was ok, I doubt I'll make it again.
