This was so quick and easy.I made it for my husbands family reunion and took home an empty bowl. Everyone from my 90 year-old grandparents to my 4 year-old nephew has loved it.

Very yummy and a nice change from either traditional cole slaw or apple salad. Easy to adjust to taste--when making for my apple-loving family of four, I use half the coleslaw mix.

I added dried cranberries, and I substitured about 3 tablespoons raspberry jam for the honey. Because of the sweetness of the jam, I used Kraft mayonaise instead of Miracle Whip. This was winner at my last family cookout. Nothing was leftover!

I've made this recipe several times and everyone seems to love it and wants the recipe. It's so light and crispy. I use 2 Granny Smith apples instead of one. It's great!

This was a very easy recipe. A very different twist to the basic coleslaw. My husband loved it!

love this coleslaw! So does everyone who tries it.The only thing I did different was adding an eighth of a teaspoon of celery seed. I've already made this recipe several times.
